Booking Procedure

Please fill in our booking form. A 50% deposit required to confirm a reservation and will be charged to your credit card. We will require a faxed copy of your passport and credit card. We are accept the following cards; Amex, JCB, Master Card and VISA.
* Reservation is only confirmed by fax, e mail or in written only.
Season and Cancellation Policy
*
Reservation made during January 6th - July 14th and September 1st - December 24th is Low Season will have cut of date 14 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.
*
Reservation made during July 15th - August 31th is High Season will have cut of date 21 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.
*
Reservation made during December 25th - January 5th is Peak Season will have cut of date 30 days prior to arrival, any cancellations will be charged at 1 night/villa/reservation.
*
Cancellation is only requested by fax, e-mail or in written only.
*
Any reservation made during Christmas & New Year' Period : December 25th - January 5th must be for minimum of 3 nights stay.
Check-In/Out Procedure

Check in time is 14.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 Noon, extension of check out time until 18.00 hours is subject to 50% of one night room charged
Airport Transfer
*
We are delighted to offer car transfer to and from Bali International Airport for free. Advanced reservations are required.
